Outstanding interaction and encouragement.
With a full lobby the time factors were shorter than expected. Got a call 24 hrs later with prescription but wish I walked out with Rx in hand. The staff is amazing and so upbeat having to deal with clients who are focused on their pain. So from the front desk to x-ray to final exit the entire team is above and beyond I've experienced in my 74 years! Understand no one comes here to have a picnic rather from pain and we get overwhelmed with compassion

Down to earth
Dr. Z is very down to earth and I feel with give you options and lets you decide what is best for yourself and explains all the options vs pushing what they think is best for you. He also doesn’t make you feel dumb when you have an injury and already feel stupid about coming in since you already feel stupid as seeing other people with broken legs and arms etc.
