Amazing experience with Dr. Matthias Solomon! Dr. Solomon and his staff are great in each step of the process from beginning to end and really care about their patients. I have never had a procedure like this before and was nervous, but my fears were put to rest. Dr. Solomon takes the time to explain each step, is very positive, and confident. I would not go anywhere else to have an optional procedure of this nature done! Dr. Solomon is the best!

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the minute you walk in and are greeted with an exceptionally clean waiting room and Melanie, who couldn’t be sweeter. She made me feel comfortable and excited from the second I walked in. It only got better when I was walked back to the room and met with Dina and Dr. Solomon. Dr. Solomon was patient, informative, and really wanted to make sure I knew the ins and outs of my procedure (bread augmentation). Dina was so easy to work with scheduling wise and it was almost like I was being helped by family. I was so nervous day of surgery, but I met Hailey, the OR nurse who put me at ease. I cannot believe how perfect my results are- Dr. Solomon saw my vision and NAILED it. Even my husband can’t believe how good they look when I look at the “inspo” pics I had shown prior to surgery. This is the best place for plastic surgery in North Texas and beyond. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

At 62 I decided I wanted the wrinkles on my face gone, bags under my eyes removed and the extra skin on my upper eyelids taken off. I decided on Dr. Solomon upon reading reviews. I know now I made a good choice because of how I feel and what people say.The surgery was at the same location as the office and that one stop for every visit made it easy. The nurse and anesthesiologist were great. After my surgery and healing, I have no wrinkles on the sides of my face, the bags under my eyes are completely gone, and my upper eye lids are bright and lifted. I have had to train myself to wear lighter color makeup on my eyes and it takes me less time to apply makeup. The most common comment I get from others is that I look natural. People tell me I look good. My confidence in how I look has obviously greatly improved.I did choose an excellent doctor and he chooses exceptional people to work with him both in his surgery center and as office manager and receptionist.

Dr Solomon is an exceptional surgeon. He is skillful, and the staff are lovely. I’m 3 months out from a tummy tuck with liposuction procedure, with amazing results. I highly recommend Dr Solomon.

Dr. Solomon is a very caring and skilled doctor. I had many consultations with other doctors before deciding to go with Dr. Solomon. He spent 2 hours with me during our first meeting discussing my surgery history; that was very important for me to know that he knew what he was working with. I had many complications I had in the past from bad surgeries. He gave me realistic expectations of what to expect prior, during, aftercare and final results from surgery. Not only was Dr. Solomon a wonderful doctor to have, but his staff is also very attentive. Dr. Solomon and his team made my whole experience so easy. I am so happy with my results, and I feel so much better in my own skin!!!

Office is modern and immaculate. Staff is beyond helpful and responsive. Dr. Solomon is an artist. I was so nervous about the outcome but Dr. Solomon answered all my questions and even called me when I had a last minute question (day before surgery). Two things: my belly button looks 100% natural. That’s a big deal with tummy tucks and hats off to the chef, my belly button looks the same as pre-kids. And my boobs look 100% natural yet perfect! I was going for my pre-three babies look and I’m more than thrilled with my results. And for those that are shopping around, Dr. Solomon doesn’t remove the nipple which means your boobs will look amazing immediately after the surgery! (Research why that’s better than what most surgeons do which is remove it and then reattach, my sister did that a couple of years ago and her nipples almost died - she did not use my doctor). At 7AM I had saggy, nursed nipples and a few hours later I had perky boobs with perfectly shaped pink nipples.
