Dr. Mauri Lunderman, MD

First time with Dr Lunderman as my previous doctor that i see for colonoscopies retired. Dr Lunderman gets high marks from me. Office consult was good, his bedside manner was chill and my procedure was uneventful. I recommend.

Recently, my husband went through a traumatic experience with gallbladder disease. We are up in age and after much frustration from going to Twin Cities ER three times and being told that he had gallstones but they didn’t show any reason to be removed, we were referred to Dr. Lunderman by our Primary Physician. He immediately took us into his office, had my husband directly admitted to HCA Ft. Walton Beach Destin Hospital, and immediately did surgery. My husbands gallbladder was gangrenous which meant he had to be completely opened up rather than doing laparoscopic surgery and would have died had it not been for the expertise of a remarkable surgeon, Dr. Mauri Lunderman. Thank you Dr. Lunderman and your staff Caroline and Cece who stood by us during this time. He is the absolute most knowledgeable and caring surgeon you will find in this area.

I have found him to be thorough, kind and extremely patient. When you see him for an appointment, it’s like you are the only patient he has all day. He never seems rushed!

Dr. Lunderman and Team go beyond standard practice. They have raised the bar on excellent care, manner, and patient rapport. The nurses and receptionist are the best I’ve ever encountered. Dr.Lunderman came in unscheduled to perform a procedure that was sudden and unexpected at the request of my primary care physician. He did not hesitate. The entire team is professional while maintaining patient focus. Extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I had my gall bladder removed by Dr. Lunderman. I couldn't have been treated better! Not only by him, but also by his staff. There was always an apology if they were running behind when I had follow up appointments, and his bedside manner was very kind. I would recommend Dr. Lunderman to others!

In Dr. Lunderman I sense a true concern about me as a person and genuine compassion about my medical situation. His work as a surgeon was excellent and I have experienced no post op problems. His staff has always been pleasant to deal with and made me feel welcome on each visit.

Dr. Lunderman has left such a positive impression in my life..... each moment I've seen him I can feel that his concern, kindness and genuine compassion are truly heartfelt. He and his associates & staff are compared to a family where I always feel welcomed???????????? First visit was years ago??& he accepted me as a patient upon ER IP admission, without any hesitation.
