Selfish and Negletful!
Ended up in the ERa couple of days ago, then admitted for a kidney stone that was obstructed and beginning to become infected. The following morning the urology NP said I would need to have surgery as my stone was too big to pass on my own. Later that morning the nurse came back to tell me that Dr Davalos had decided to let me pass the stone on my own, which clearly I wouldn’t be able to. Apparently because I wasn’t dying and don’t hold much importance to the world, I had to wait. Following day, guess what, no stone and still in pain. A new CT was done which clearly said I had an obstruction, and still his direction was to wait! Don’t put your health at risk with this man. Clearly he has too much going on to be an actual doctor. If he gets assigned to your case in the hospital, ask for someone else! You’ll be better off.

poor communication and unprofessional
After my first visit, Dr. Davalos scheduled a 2nd visit for the following month. He never said what the appointment was for. I assumed it was for a routine follow-up. At my 2nd appointment, I was told to go to a room and partially disrobe. I asked why and the medical assistant told me I was having a cystoscopy. I was never told about this. When I'm on the examination table, partially disrobed (I was never told to cover up), a female assistant passed in front of me. I asked Dr. Davalos what he was going to do and he said he was doing a cystoscopy. I asked what that was. He said not to worry that it wouldn't be painful (he lied). It was the worst 2 minutes. When he finished, he told me to come back in a year. I asked him what for. He said it was just to say "hi." When I got home, I was in great pain. I called the office to request something for the burning pain and for my initial diagnosis, which he never treated successfully. I still do not have results of the cytoscopy

My experience with Dr. Davalos was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. My mother went to him and he never once treated her with compassion or dignity, and never so much as looked her in the eye to introduce himself or explain the procedures he was about to perform. He was dismissive, seemed rushed and disinterested, and when my mother expressed discomfort and pain, he offered no reassurance or help. As a matter of fact he rolled his eyes at us, and made us feel as though my mother was overreacting. This made someone already in a vulnerable position feel helpless, dismissed, and powerless. As someone who has experienced great medical care from compassionate doctors, I can tell you that this doctor is incompetent and unfeeling. I don't recommend anyone, especially elderly people, go see him.

Everything went well with Dr Davalos. Staff was cool! I go in to see him once a year. It's unfortunate, that patients need to live to be well. Not to live to be sick!! Bunch of old farts that never gave a damm about their health. And now they are crying, complaining, and blaming others. A quote from a very wise old fart who said this about people his age!!!!

Unfortunately the experience a loved one had with this doctor was bad. The doctor failed to identify a very serious concern that ultimately had major consequences. I highly suggest new patients seek treatment from another doctor. Grave mistakes result in serious consequences for patients.

Horrible service!!! My mother was in the hospital for over 15 days and not ONCE did he step foot to consult her. He is negligent and seems aloof when it comes to the care of his patients. SEEK attention anywhere else but with him.

Was left very disappointed in the service my mother received. It’s hard to think that people have so little compassion toward people in pain. Was very hard to get ahold of office staff that can actually give information. They tell you they will call back and don’t. To this day we are still waiting for the call back. Dr. Davalos doesn’t exactly give you a vote of confidence either. Was very very rushed. I hope they actually read reviews and take time to listen to their patients.

Worse dr ever!! He refused to treat my dad and kicked him out of the office and told him there was nothing wrong with him. My dad ended up in the emergency room due to his negligence. I continue to hear from clients of mine that he does the same thing to other patients. Seriously find another dr this idiot will not help you!!!
