Dr. Parra-Ferro, addressed all of my questions and concerns regarding my voice issues and allergies. He spend a lot of time going over my health concerns even while being his last appointment on a Friday. Truly knowledgeable and excellent ENT doctor!!

Worst experience
I visited Dr. Parra regarding some symptoms I’ve been having for the past few weeks. The Doctor was arrogant and more concerned about the insurance and the payment than me as a patient. Never had such a bad experience with a Doctor in my life. I had to pay for a visit where the doctor was not interested about the patient but about the money. He sounded like a sales man!

Fantastic ENT surgeon
I struggled with nasal obstruction for years and Dr. Parra-Ferro provided excellent care to fix my deviated septum and turbinates. My post op recovery went smoothly and I am extremely pleased with the result. Thank you!!

Vocal cord surgery
Md was amazing, explained things we could understand, was kind, listened and overall an amazing md with quality bedside manner!! He even called the evening after my procedure to check up on me, wow that’s all I can say, should I refer, oh heck yes!!

Wonderful
My father had been having a persistent cough and hoarseness over several weeks. Dr. Parra-Ferro properly diagnosed him with fungal infection of his voice box and treated him. His symptoms resolved, and the fungus was gone on the following exam! I enjoyed him recording the video and showing it to us. Overall he laid out a great plan and I was very appreciative of how understanding he was. I want to go back to him for other ENT issues
