This Genex doctor denied medical treatment for work comp patient who suffered multiple gun shot wounds and is unable to drive a motor vehicle. He denied routine blood test, attendant care and physical therapy.

Dr. Zappaterra never rushed to get me out of his office, like many doctors do. He will listen to your problems and you can tell he is concerned about his patients. He has helped me more than most doctors ever have. Good luck with your new research program Doctor Zappaterra. You are definitely a five-star doctor. Hope to see you again.

Dr. Zappaterra is extremely thorough when explaining diagnoses and plan of treatment. He goes above and beyond in order to make the patient able to understand why he is prescribing a certain medication, and what it will accomplish. I have never left his office with questions that Dr. Zappaterra has not answered. He is very patient and spends time making sure that I am comfortable with any changes before I leave his office. His nurse, Vanessa, is equally patient and understanding.

dr Zapaterra is one of the most sympathetic and compassionate doctor I’ve met. He accurately diagnosed my pain problem and have been nothing but supportive in helping me managing it. It’s a tough problem and there’s no cure, but I’m glad I have a doctor like him on my side.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zappaterra for three years. He is Very attentive and sympathetic to my medical problems and needs. Dr. is always friendly & courteous which is very uplifting when you are not feeling well. He never is in a rush he spends time with you and listens intently to your ailments.
