He let an assistant attempt to insert the new lens after the cataract removal. Even though under sedation I was able to hear everything being said. After sedation I asked what the problem was and he said there was none. I told him what I heard and he then said has assistant couldn't get the lens in so he did it himself. He never should have let anybody else try and insert the lens
