I came with a very bad pain and possible infection because a boil in my left buttock, he refer me to see a surgeon, a couple of days later I got referral approval via optum web site, I called the surgeon office they made appointment until [omitted], I was told to contsct doctor to change referral to "urgent" I sent him 2 emails via Optum website using my account, until now no answer.[omitted], I had to go ER and have boil drained. BTW dr. Didn't prescribed any medicine for pain or infection. I'm very disappointed. Still need to see surgeon ASAP

No review of side effects, etc. I learned those from Internet. Recommended prescription was an Increase in dosage of a prescription I had used before at lower level. I had to terminate usage after 4 days based on bad side effects.
