Seems knowledgable. Not friendly. Not punctual. Not forthcoming about procedure, aftercare. Must ask questions or you won't get any information about what to expect or prepare for.

Dr Johnson does not greet you-he comes in, puts on a mask, jabs a needle in your eye, and leaves, without saying a word...it creeps me out. Perhaps he is extremely shy, or socially handicapped, and is really a very nice man, but it feels like contempt.
