Terrible staff.
It's hard to tell whether it's the doctor that doesn't respect his patient's time or the staff is just incompetent. Appointments made over the phone are wrong. Even though you've traveled a long time to get there the doctor can take a minute to see you. He doesn't seem to care if it is important.
