Dr. May Antone, MD

This is the worst kind of doctor to go to. When you first meet her, she acts as if she cares, listens, and takes her role as your doctor seriously. The truth is you wait up to 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in the exam room until she comes in with her little laptop and barely looks up. Conditions go undiagnosed, there is no follow through on the next visit unless you bring it up, and forget EVER getting her on the phone unless it's scheduled and she can bill your insurance company. If you need her after hours, you're out of luck reaching her or a doctor taking her calls. Her office is run like a factory and she doesn't remember one patient from another. GET A COPY OF YOUR RECORDS! It costs you nothing and you will be shocked at the abundance of incorrect information. Mine said I had knee surgery which I never had in my life. There were so many errors it just confirmed what I thought of Antone. She's a nightmare with a smile. Find another doctor.

Dr. Antone is a great and personable doctor. She really takes the time out to see what’s going on with you and come up with a plan. She is kind heart person, absolutely love coming to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Antone's since 2009 and the doctor is great however her front office staff is rude. They have a sign that says no respect no service. They should practice what they preach. You always have to sign new papers for a new fee and they order test that they know isn't a covered service and not ask you if you want that test done on if you want to pass on it. The assistant office manager doesn't take criticism well. She runs office like it's her home instead of a place of business ??. Most people just leave bad review and instead of telling the office manager ??. Too many fees and bad attitude runs off business.

Front desk is very rude.. scheduled and appt get to the appt 15 mins early and they don't have me on the schedule.. front desk didn't want to help or didn't care that I had took the day off to be seen

I had a physical and blood work scheduled for Monday, September 18th. I could not make it to my appointment so I called as early as 6am that day to inform the Drs office. I left a v/m and a while after i received a call saying I need to still come to the appt. or it would be a $20.00 fee for not attending. I got my PERIOD that day and i was feeling very nauseous and sick, i didn't have the strength to go to the appt scheduled. NO common courtesy of waiving the fee.They choose profit over relati

My experience has been negative. Dr. Anyone and her staff made too many errors in billing codes submitted for my lab work I had done at the Doctor's office along with Dr. ANTONE scheduling me for a mammogramtoo soon which costs me 359.00 out of my pocket, which Iam on a fixed income and couldn't afford.
