I came from the tri-state area of Washington, DC & worried about my diabetes health care in coastal NC. I was so lucky Dr. Dave got me in to see Dr. Peltsverger. So knowledgeable & professional. The care I have received is so much better than when I was in MD. I am so grateful. The staff is also wonderful

I took my mother to see Dr. Peltsverger or the first time today. My mom had been seeing a different doctor since 2014. The last visit with her prior doctor was very unprofessional. After explaining to her primary doctor that she was no longer comfortable with her endocrinologist, she was referred to see Dr. Peltsverger. This doctor took so much time with my mom explaining and detail exactly what she planned to do. She taught us so much more about my mom's adrenal deficiency and how to treat it in this initial appointment then we got from her prior doctor in the last 7 years. I really wish we had then sent to see this doctor since day one of my mom's diagnosis. We are extremely pleased with her and we appreciate the time she spent with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. I have absolutely no complaint from today's visit at all. Very professional very well spoken and very caring towards myself and my mom.

I have been seeing Dr Peltsverger ever since my thyroid problem was diagnosed. She cares a lot about her patients and how they are treated. Dr Peltsverger is the only Dr. I've been to that has done a test, that a technician could have done and explained in detail the problem to me. This really meant a lot and also impressed me. I would not hesitate one minute recommending Dr. Peltesverger to anyone.

Dr. Peltsverger and her staff were argumentative with me about why I was there. They assumed I was there as a new diabetic. The also tried to blame my primary care provider for them assuming that I was a diabetic. Dr. Peltsverger did not listen to me and she had not read the referral request from my pcp. She also had not read my chart.

Told me that I would just have to get used to my debilitating symptoms. my adrenal failure and cortisol was a 6 from my recent spine and brain surgery and it would take up to a year to get better. She refused any stress doses of steroids,or any thyroid tests besides TSH as she already knew what they would be no recommendations Whatsoever for my extreme night sweats causing severe dehydration expect put a peg tube in.Thank goodness I went elsewhere to address what she refused! She's a Disgrace
