Very bad experience because after waiting almost a month for the appointment when I arrived at the office; the address was not right and no one could answer the calls or messages I made from there to give me the right suite or address so I could see the doctor wasting my day. When I manage to speak the next two days they tell me that the address was correct on Google questioning my words and even that day I called the office of my primary doctor and confirmed the suite where I was located. More than anything, it's a lack of empathy and respect, coming into confrontation with people.

Horrible
The doctor is horrible saw her for 5 minutes. Then they want to charge you 150 for a letter. Come on that is ridiculous just for a piece of paper. I am complaining to the state about this. Never again

Caring
In a very long time, I have not seen a doctor as caring as Doctor Ruiz Santiago. She not only took the time to speak to my mom but the day of the appointment the elevator was not working, and she came out of her office down to my 88-year-old mother to speak to her!I have spoken to her a few times after this and I get the same caring energy from her, may God Bless Her
