Very negative patient experience!
My first visit I waited 75 mins before I needed to leave and return back to work. The receptionist gave me another appt but a day before this appt I got a phone call (recorded) that the dr canceled it! For the next two weeks, I called but nobody ever answered my calls. I left at least a dozen msgs stating that I'm out of medicine, I'm willing to see any dr and for someone to call me back. However I have never received any calls or emails! The only emails I recd said the same thing that my appt was canceled. I also sent an email to the Ombudsman department but haven't heard anything from them either!

The good doctor keeps canceling appt's
I have never met the dr because he canceled, rescheduled, canceled then repeat this cycle again!
