I’ve had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this office and doctor, and I feel it's important to share my experience to hopefully prevent others from going through the same ordeal. I am my father’s legal guardian, and he has Parkinson’s disease, which makes it critical for him to have timely access to his medication. Unfortunately, this office has repeatedly failed to provide the care and attention he needs, and it has caused serious harm to his health and well-being. My father’s medication requires the office to submit certain documents and prescriptions to the pharmacy. Despite contacting them numerous times, they have consistently failed to send in the necessary paperwork. They’ve promised on multiple occasions that they would take care of it, but they have not followed through. My dad has now been without his medication for weeks because of their negligence. As anyone familiar with Parkinson’s knows, being off medication can lead to a rapid decline in health, and my father has experienced serious setbacks because of this. On top of that, trying to reach someone at the office is nearly impossible. I’ve called countless times and rarely get through to a person. When I do manage to speak with someone, I’m met with vague promises that they will take care of the issue, but nothing ever changes. It’s incredibly disheartening and stressful to feel like the office doesn’t take the health of their patients seriously. If you’re considering this doctor or office, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I’ve experienced firsthand how unorganized and unresponsive they are. They don’t seem to prioritize patient care, and it’s clear to me that they are not equipped to handle the needs of individuals with chronic and serious conditions like Parkinson’s. There are so many other doctors and healthcare providers who truly care about their patients and are committed to providing the care and support they need. Don’t make the same mistake we did by trusting this office with something as critical as your health or the health of a loved one. Please, find a provider who will treat you with the respect and care you deserve. This office has shown, time and time again, that they are not up to the task, and my father has paid the price for their lack of professionalism and empathy.
