I had the gastric bypass bariatric surgery last year and Dr. Iskandar and his staff were very informative about the whole procedure and made the Bariatric weight loss process very smooth and enjoyable. His appointments are never rushed and all my questions are always answered with great detail. I always look forward to my next visit to show my accomplishments on my weight loss goals.

I was vacationing in NYC in November 2018 when I had a medical emergency that required immediate surgery. I am forever grateful That Dr. Iskandar was my surgeon and that he was able to get me back on my feet and home to my family. He was very calming, knowledgeable and had a wonderful demeanor. I've kept in touch with him since returning to Oklahoma and having the second of the two surgeries needed, keeping him updated on my progress. A person could not be in better surgical hands and I think very highly of him.

I went in for an abdominal hernia operation and Dr. Iskandor and his team are very professional and truly cares about his patients. Besides doing a great job. He makes you feel very relax. Dr. Iskandar is talented and kind. I was fortunate to have him as my surgeon for an extra large and complicated hernia repair needed a year after bowel resection. I highly recommend him. His office staff is exceptional - kind and efficient.

All you need to know about Dr. Iskandar is this- he came back to the hospital, after already going home after a very long day, to perform emergency surgery on me (laparoscopic for my appendix) just so that I could make it to my wedding on time. Surgery was Sunday morning at 7am, and I was on a plane to our destination wedding that Thursday. It was my first surgery, I was terrified, and both he and his team made me feel very safe and cared for. I wish I could give a million stars.

Dr. Iskandar is an extremely thorough diagnostician with a very reassuring bedside manner. His self-confidence calms the patient and provides a sense of well being and trust in a positive outcome. Thanks to his minimally invasive surgical skill I was able to walk around less than 24 hours following surgery with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend him based on his skills and his high standards.

I saw Dr. Iskandar -- and had surgery -- in an emergency room visit. He was very personable and put me right at ease. The surgery was performed without complications and the scars are barely visible.
