The extra star is for the staff. I had lower blepharoplasty done by Dr bidar over 6 months ago. The office staff is wonderful, but I’ve never felt more dismissed by my concerns with a Dr than by Dr bidar. First off I had no idea he was leaving the practice. He told me I look fine last month when he saw me again with my concerns. I don’t. He pretended it wasn’t noticeable. I made an appointment for another check because the eye is driving me crazy and I want relief. It is irritated 24/7 and it looks like I have a lazy eye. On top of that, the eye bags are still there. He did a laser treatment under my eye also. The wrinkles are gone, but I’m left looking much worse otherwise. My eye shape is very round now and they are 2 very different sizes and shapes. And the one is CONSTANTLY irritated. But he told me it’s fine then left the practice unannounced for good. I saw the new doctor and he listened to my concerns, which was nice but now, to fix the problem, I have to pay for an entire new surgery even though this is no fault of my own. They told me I could get filler, but the esthetician said it probably won’t work. I’m extremely frustrated and left looking worse than what I did. I regret having this surgery. I wanted to just feel better about myself after my divorce. I definitely don’t. I just feel defeated and dismissed.

I went to Dr bidar for a blepharoplasty. From the first office visit to the procedure and afterwards was smooth and efficient. And my results after the procedure, I couldn’t be happier with. He helped restore my confidence in myself, and listened to all my concerns before and after my procedure. I recommend this surgeon to everyone I know. Occasionally, I waited past my appointment time, but it is because Dr. Bidar takes the time to answer each patient's questions thoroughly. Dr. Bidar's staff are amazing. Walking into the reception area, you are greeted by his warm and welcoming staff. That experience will continue as you interact with staff in the back offices. Having a procedure performed can be stressful for me however, Dr.Bidar's bedside manner is calming. His professionalism and wealth of knowledge allow me to ask questions that were essential to me. I felt very comfortable during my procedure. Post-surgery his staff as well as Dr. Bidar called (after hours) to check on my progress. They are great!

I had surgery by Dr. Bidar three months ago. Today I saw him for the first time since the day after post-op. I'm very pleased with my progress and I am looking forward to the final results. The waiting room was full when I arrived and I waited a very long time until I was called. I kept reminding myself, it wouldn't be full if he wasn't good. So, bottom line, "something so good is worth the wait". Very pleased with Dr. Bidar and his very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I would not recommend him to any one. His office is so unorganized. They don't know how to see patients in the order of their appointments. Each time I had an appointment I had to go to the front desk to remind them that I was there. I waited for over a hour past my appointment time every time I had an appointment.

All the staff and Dr. Bidar were professional, respectful and very caring. My appointments were on time with plenty of time to ask questions. I highly recommend Dr. Bidar to everyone! If your appointment is several months out call like I did and they put me into a newly opened time. Sharon

Doctor was engaging and knowledgeable. Staff were superb.

The surgery procedure was okay. But the office has the poorest form of business practice I have ever experienced. They sent my invoice to an old address I haven't used in 1o years--the invoice went unpaid and the account went to collections all within 30 days. Despite the proof of correct address submission to the office at the time of the surgery, the office refuses to acknowledge the mistake and pull the account out of collection.

Excellent demeanor and fantastic surgeon. Staff rock!
