Dr. McKinley Bain, MD

Dr. Bain is friendly, along with being very respectful, and always takes the time to listen to what you have to say. He really cares about your health and wants to make sure you’re getting the best care possible. I never feel rushed when I’m in his office, and he always makes sure to understand my perspective. His staff is always so helpful and always responds to my questions quickly.

Staff is very rude and doesn’t return voicemails. Will not call in refills to pharmacy unless you make an office visit so they can charge you. They are taking advantage of their patients.

My mom is a patient of doctor Bain and since the covid pandemic my Mom had 3 telli visits and nothing.. how can you have a telli visit with stomach issues.. I told him there was no way... so on he asked her to come into the office.. I asked him would it be safe to come he .. he assured me it would..As soon as. I rolled my mom I’m the wheelchair in the lobby .. there was a man coughing with tears rolling down his eyes with no mask and we waited 20 min to be seen... a week later my mom was tested positive for cov19.. the charged us for copay and she does pay a copay..I asked Paula for our money back and she hung up on me.. His wife is going to make that business go down to the grow n..

Going down hill lately. Tried for 2 days to get a prescription filled. Called for the third time today at 4:30P and office was closed. Office hours are suppose to be open until 5.

Very patient and caring.

After suffering with severe headaches lasting 2wks daily, and 2 ER visits. I was referred to A PCP. I chose Dr. Bain, as he was closest to me and I needed care promptly. Big mistake. He spent very little time with me. Nothing to help with the daily pain except a steroid. Took 2 days, and 3 calls into the office before finally a nurse called back to tell me to go to the ER! some way to treat a new patient. Will choose a new PCP. would not recommend this doctor.

Dr Bain has been my PCP for about 8 years. I would never change to another doctor, as I find Dr Bain to be the best of the best. He no doubt goes above and beyond to care for his patients in my opinion. Along with his kindness, he truly and honestly cares for his patients and does what is needed for them to become well again. With that said, I must add that his level of patience is insurmountable! I recommend Dr Bain to everyone who will listen.

Dr. Bain has been treating my 90 yo mother for 4 years. He has an excellent bedside manner. His office staff, however, is not so great.
