On 10/17/20, Dr Williams took care of me at Mobile Infirmary ER. I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and in severe pain. . I have never witnessed a better bedside manner nor more compassion than what Dr Williams displayed. Not just with myself, but the other patients I saw him treating as well. The ER was packed and every room was occupied. Dr. Williams took time with every patient explaining his diagnosis and their treatment options.

Dr. Williams to the time to review my chart and speak to me at length when others had not. Excellent bedside manner. Very thankful for his help in the ER.

This guy is an idiot. He completely missed what was going on with me. I ended up in the ICU a few days later because of him.

As an ER patient, I was an unknown entity to Dr. Williams. Although frequently interrupted, he remained focused on my symptoms. He spent a great deal of time discussing his recommendations and actually changed one after learning more about me. He analyzed years of past blood reports, uncovering changes never before reported. He went to great lengths to arrange for follow up care.
