Hard to get appointments
It is hard to get appointments. His office staff seems to make a lot of errors and getting supplies are difficult. I find him hard to talk to he does not spend a lot of time letting you talk. Dr is not at Sycamore office hardly ever. Seems office staff changes.

Very dissatisfied.
Although Dr. Ali is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor, the conglomerate that runs his office or the corporation that he works for is horrible. I was charged for a visit that have been changed several times because of all the other doctors appointments that that I had, When Dr. Ali’s office appointment came I missed it. Missing this appointment was not deliberate. But I was charged $55 for missing it. I live on social security $55 out of my check. is a lot of money. Are we robbing the poor now? Taking food off there table? I’m sure Dr. Ali Sees a patient every 15 minutes. At a prior appointment I did not charge him or the corporation that he works for, for the 15 minutes I had to wait on him. What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander. I will send a bill to his office posthaste.

Dr Ali is one of the kindest and most caring specialists I have ever seen . Always reviews the results of tests he does and explains he concerns. Always gives a sample of medication he would like to start me on , thus knowing if it will help me , before I spend a lot of money . He always ends with “ please call me if you have any concerns before your next visit “ !

Dr Ali was very pleasant and easy to understand. He was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned when delivering a difficult diagnosis. He was direct but didn't come across as being rushed.

I only had to wait about 15 minutes to see Dr. Ali. He is friendly. He showed me my cat scan and explained my diagnosis. He answered any questions I had. He did not seem in a hurry to get to the next patient. I felt he allowed adequate time for me to ask questions. Very re-assuring.
