Terrible experience
I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to for this. I have been to several different endocrinologist over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Won't be going back. No bedside manner, belittling, very rude. Left office mad and upset. If you are looking for a good endocrinologist look elsewhere.

She’s not nice
When I met with this doctor, she was very rude and short with me. I tried to communicate well with her to turn it around into a positive experience to no avail! I’m finding a new diabetic Doctor now!

I am very confident in Dr. McCauley. She is very patient and explains blood work and tests very well. I have learned more about how to take my medication and bone density since I have gone to her. I highly trust my health with her.

Very impatient, controlling and rude
This was my second visit which I only came back to make sure it wasn't me, the vibe I received the first time around. She never made any contact with me far as examining me not once. The first visit she appeared to be very aggressive, very little eye contact, and very negative about the outcome of my health! The second time around once again extremely aggressive, negative, stated she was mad , disagreed with my suggestion of treatment yet, turned around and suggested the same thing I ask to take place in my treatment. Appears to be bias. Showed a extreme level of anger and unprofessional basically told me to get out.. No star I only placed one because I had to...

No bedside manner
I went for my first diabetic appointment with her in November. She never once touched me, or looked at my feet. She was not friendly and overall rude with the way she talked with me regarding my health. I will never go back to her.

I had been being monitored by Dr. McCauley for 4 years with a nodule on my thyroid. I am confused by some of the ratings as she could not have been any nicer and caring. My experience was very good. The office would screw my appt. Date up almost every year, but it was easily fixed.

I was a new pt, but I should have read the reviews before booking an appt. She was unprofessional, rude, dismissive and tried to backtrack as she stammered when I decided to leave. She never looked at my records that were sent from my PCP. She appears as though she can't even take care of herself. A Dr who treats thyroid and metabolism issues should herself look fit, not obese. Otherwise how can you trust her to know how to care for you. She never touched me, she never conducted an examination, only reiterated what I already knew. Offered no diagnosis, no plan of treatment. I would NEVER recommend her. The worst experience ever and I wish to give her not even 1 star, but in order to leave a review I have to leave at least 1 star!

Dr. McCauley is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen. Personally I believe she is in the wrong line of work. She is totally lacking people skills. She appears to want to control patients by being intimidating and having an extremely “know-it-all” attitude. I could go on for several paragraphs about her lack of empathy, compassion, her superior demeanor, her glaring stare if you dare disagree with her, or her obnoxious, even-more-glaring stare if you dare question her knowledge. But this is probably enough to get my point across.
