Cancelled several appts on the day of w/out availability to reschedule. I had to cancel 1x and received a threatening letter. I liked Dr. Press personally front office conduct is disappointing.

Dr. Press is very easy to talk to about any health issues, and seems concerned about a patient's health. One time I wanted someone to look at an infection, and I was seen within 90 minutes of calling. The staff in the office are polite and really competent -- the best I've ever experienced.

Horrible!
I guess Megan Press forgot to take her oath of "First, Do No Harm". Office staff has takes no responsibility for errors in scheduling - must be more concerned with getting as many patients in for revenue - than having an accurate scheduling system.

Doctor Press is absolutely amazing! She is super personable and always makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room. She’s EXTREMELY intelligent and always offers multiple solutions to your issue. She has worked wonders for me and my husband and I can’t imagine ever switching primary care providers. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such an amazing doctor!
