Dr. Shanks is thorough and gives me ample time in office. She acknowledges my complexity, but does not add a ton to my treatment plan. She lets my other drs handle it.

Dr Shanks was my neurologist during a very confusing and frightening episode in my life a few years ago. She was extremely thorough, very gracious, accommodating, and communicated well with me concerning my condition. She didn't leave any stone unturned. I trust her completely.
