Efficient
I liked a short wait in her office, but all appointments felt rushed. This is why there was no wait. When I started perimenopause, unnecessary tests were ordered. I had two ultrasounds, biopsy... Sure, my insurance covered it, I only paid a copay, but it wish I would be explained that my irregular bleeding was caused most likely by this, and not polyps or even cancer.

I went to Dr Woodman after receiving an MRI report that I had endometriosis on my ovaries. Dr Woodman didn't spend more than 10 minutes with me, in the course of which she was very dismissive of my case and told me that she wouldn't do surgery unless the cysts got to be the size of baseballs. I went to another OBGYN that actually took my case seriously and when that doctor did my operation she said that I had stage 3 endometriosis that had spread rapidly. This doctor also got my hormones in check (to prevent the endo from coming back) and now my husband and I are expecting our first child! So glad I went elsewhere after seeing Dr Woodman - in my book Dr Woodman is just another doctor who does NOT use her power to actually help woman thrive and gain back their fertility. Seek elsewhere if you want real solutions to your lady problems!

Not a happy person
She's not a nice person. I think she hates her job and with every question she treated me like I was completely ignorant and stupid to be asking it. I'm going elsewhere, don't need to put up with this.

Impatient
I saw this doctor 3 times, and each visit was rushed. I felt 2 of the appointments were so worthless, it was just a waste of time. She lectured me on the need to have a colonoscopy and really gave me a had time about not getting the COVID vaccine. She was not interested in my gynecological issue. I will never return to her or the practice.

Left almost in tears. First, I'm not a large fan of doctors anyway but I trusted Dr. Woodman. My appointment was standard up until she asked if I had my COVID vax. I actually only have one because I started researching about the vaccines. Once I explained this, the appointment went quickly downhill. I explained that I have been following doctors including one who actually developed the MYRNA technology years ago and does not support the vaccine. I was so intimidated that I couldn't remember his name when asked! (BTW its Dr. Robert Malone) She actually rolled her eyes at me and she said "so you have been listening to three doctors against it when there are thousands who recommend it." I tried to give additional concerns to which she guilted me, saying hospitals are over-run with unvaccinated and it isnt fair. It's interesting because Dr. Woodman does not discuss birth control and I always respected her choice and reasons. I will never return to this doctor OR clinic as I left in tears!

Along with the many other comments. Woodman seemed to be rushing me out the door and really just giving boiler plate answers to anything I asked. She did not seem to want to spend much time with me, very dismissive. I also felt very judged and uncomfortable discussing my choices on not getting the Covid vaccine. Despite anyones views on the situation I do not think a you should ever feel judged, looked down upon or uncomfortable discussing these things with your doctor. Especially when I was not the one to instigate the conversation, I was just simply answering the question she asked.

I am saddened to say, my experience was the same as others. I started seeing Dr. Woodman for my second pregnancy. I visited her a total of 4 times and the total time she was in my presence over all those visits add up to about 5-10 minutes. I would usually get in pretty quickly at my scheduled time, but then she would rush in, talk fast, and barely give me time to ask questions. When I expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and uncaring. On my last visit with her, I expressed a desire to do a particular procedure a little different and she wouldn't even entertain my thoughts or concerns. I don't believe she is a bad person, just needs to slow down, have patience, and talk more to her patients. Because of all this, I do not have confidence in her to take proper care of me when I deliver my baby. At this point, I have fired her and gone to a different office and I would not recommend her to anyone, unless she greatly improves.

Similar to the many other reviews.. Woodman was impatient and dismissive..with very poor bedside manners. I would not recommend her to anyone..She has no patience to answer your questions or look at your medical records properly..I was in correctly asked to take progesterone..when I was already weaned off it..For a so called dr who makes you wait for 30 mins she will dismiss you in barely 3 mins..there are better drs than her to provide care..this is my first time writing a review ..I was too infuriated by her service

Dr. Megan Woodman has been my doctor for the birth of all 5 of my children. She has done a great job of explaining everything in terms that I could understand. She is very respectful of my wishes and always takes the time to ease any feelings of distress. It is very rare to find a doctor who has the same moral values and can walk you thru those moral decisions from a medical standpoint. I highly recommend her!

If you are an older ( age 60) woman, this is not the Dr. for you. She does not listen or care to hear what you are trying to convey. There is no help here. I took in CT scan results, blood & urine, they weren't even looked at. I left feeling in more pain, discomfort and disheartened than when I entered. If your looking for answers or REAL help you will not find it here. If this is OUR medical CARE we are in trouble.

I also had a very disappointing visit with Dr. Woodman while staying at the hospital after delivery. She was extremely rude and showed no sign of concern or empathy. She ignored my concerns and then just rushed out of the room after she just talked over me not listening nor responding to what I had to say. She kept arguing with me instead of trying to help. If there was an option she’ll be getting no stars from me. Rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve encountered

Worst doctor ever. Saw her several times for infertility and every single time left feeling confused and frustrated. Seemed like she was always in a hurry to get to the next patient. Did not listen to my concerns and symptoms, and as a result, I ended up with an ectopic pregnancy that caused the loss of a fallopian tube and almost cost me my life. All of which could have easily been prevented had she just done her job. Instead, it was her way or the highway. GO ELSEWHERE.

I have to do my strep b test twice now since Dr Woodman did not review my medication sheet!! She ignored my symptoms and did not address my concerns and when she left she slammed the door and left me waiting not knowing what was going on in the room until the nurse had to come and tell me the appointment was over. She was rough with me and made a rude comment that I wouldn't be able to handle labor if I couldn't handle what she was doing. No empathy, doesn't listen and failed to review my sheet.

Dr Woodman took the time to review my entire medical history and order all of the appropriate tests. She explained everything to myself and my family. I am doing so much better and I owe that to her excellent care. I would highly recommend her to any family or friends in search of a wonderful physician.
