Meghan was extremely friendly and professional. She explained everything in a very understandable manner. I was unable to get an quick appointment with my regular physician. Should that happen again, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to see Meghan again.

Disagree with a telephone appointment when patient is sick. Hard to actually diagnose the sickness without seeing a patient. If just calling in antibiotics, why bother with talking to a doctor? I could give all symptoms to the admin person and the doc could call in the script sooner.

My recent appointment was via telephone call. I had several questions prepared that I wanted to ask. My provider answered everything and also answered the concerns I had. She shared her knowledge and explained things easily. At the beginning of our call, she asked how I was doing, and I told her that I had been on vacation. She asked me questions about it and listened to me share my wonderful experiences. She seemed interested and cared about me, and was glad that I had a good time.

I am so appreciative and amazed that upon discovering extremely high blood pressure at NOVA, I immediately went to Dr. Brewster's office and was quickly taken into a room and a cuff put on me and shortly I was seen by Dr. Brewster. Without an appointment and interrupting her schedule drastically, she addressed my problems, ordered blood work, and listened to me with her usual abundance of kindness and patience. I can never thank her enough.
