Not to be bothered
I honestly felt like I was bothering Dr. Richardson by being in her office. She brushed off any questions I had and did not take the time to explain anything to me. I can not say I was sad to hear she is leaving the practice.

Elbow injury
I would leave zero stars if I could. Dr. Richardson was very rude and her bedside manner could use some review. We left there more confused than when we came in. When I asked questions she seemed more offended than anything and I didn’t get any answers regarding my sons injury. She even changed her mind during our visit and wanted us to have unnecessary tests done. We had a second opinion, so glad we did! Save your time and money and see someone else.

Every appointment she never seem harried or rushed, a lot of time was spent going through all my options. I felt like it was a team discussion when going over a treatment plan and not a doctor telling me what I have to do. I truly appreciated having a doctor listen to all of my concerns.

I really liked Dr. Richardson. She is very open and friendly. She seems to treat on the conservative side, and that is something I appreciate. Very knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

I had a serious fracture of my upper right arm. There was concern that I might need surgery. Dr Richardson followed me closely using a brace and sling to align the fracture . It has healed well. She has been great, answers my questions, explains my options and is very encouraging. She has me doing PT and is following up with my progress. I give her a five star rating.

Dr. Richardson was a pleasure to work with. Not only was she a very nice person, she understood complexity of working with a 68 year old man that enjoys CrossFit. I would highly recommend her.
