Just had sugery by Dr Zysik. She is best doctor I ever had my 47 years of life. Very compassionate, takes time to talk and explain things to you. She is outstanding I highly recommend her.

Dr Zysik is very thorough, thoughtful and took the time to not only answer ALL of my questions, but she also used the TV Ultrasound images to illustrate and educate me on exactly what was happening to me clinically. I’ve rarely seen a doctor take the time to help a patient fully comprehend what their diagnosis was and talk through various treatment approaches/options. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and she was also very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend her as an OB/GYN for p

Does not communicate with the patient after being seen. Does not return phone calls and neither does her staff. Lack of communication is very clear throughout the entire office. I have been waiting to be scheduled for surgery since October 2018. Was originally told it was a guarantee it would be in November. Then it was finally scheduled for December 5th. When I called today to confirm it, they STILL could not confirm it. 2 weeks out from surgery and I still have no confirmation.

Very kind and caring. Dr. Zysik took the time to explain all of the ultrasound images to me and even wrote down her diagnosis so I could look up more information later. She answered all of my questions. She was very pleasant and even took the time to comfort me when I started to get nervous about the diagnosis. I cannot recommend her and the rest of the Albany Med OBGYN staff enough!!

I had to see Dr Zysik due to my high risk pregnancy. She was nothing but kind, caring, and thorough. I felt very comfortable with her, even though it was a difficult experience. Her bedside manner was great, and she was genuinely concerned, spent a good amount of time listening and answering my questions.
