I got an appointment exactly the same day I inquired. Dr. Parkar and the staff are nice, kind and knowledgeable, had a good experience .

Dr. Parkar is a great doctor & very easy to talk to & understand. Her staff is friendly, but they do need to be more efficient in following up so that patients do not have to continually call them for prescriptions refill requests from pharmacy and Doctor orders being submitted for x-rays & etc.

I went in totally lost with my glucose. Dr. Parkar took the time to listen to me and changed my insulin in take and started me on something different, Ozempic. This changed my life. My blood sugars have been under control. No more trips to the ER. I'm at a great place health wise thanks to her. Love her staff!

Dr Parkar suggested I use a Glucose monitor that she would write an Rx for. However, I've been trying to contact the Doctor or her technician for over 3 weeks. And they are not returning my calls. So I had CVS call them for the RX and they are not responding to them either. I'm totally at a loss here.

Very bad service. I don’t know if Dr. Parkar is aware for those patients following up their lab test result and no response at all from her staffs. It took almost a month before I got the result and had to go to their clinic. I called multiple times but no, they don’t care you. Seriously ridiculous!

I always have a good experience with Dr. Parkar. She is always very professional, friendly and easy to talk to.. She's also very confident and knowledgeable doctor that listens and assesses my needs with great compassion and has great bedside manner which I've really appreciated. She spend plenty of time with me and listens to me and my problems. She is an excellent doctor, who truly cares about her patients and I would highly recommend her.

This doctor is impossible to deal with. She doesn't listen to anything you say, she's not as rude as her staff but her nurses are extremely rude, and accused me of lying to them. The worst is that THEY NEVER CALL BACK. You can NEVER speak to her directly until you fight about it, and even then they said my drug test came back negative, but that's because it takes them A WEEK TO CALL BACK AFTER i've run out of medicine. This happened THREE times. Going some where else!

When I was seeing this so called doctor, she really never listened. I told her several times about a problem I was having and she did nothing. Now it is over 8 months and I changed to another doctor at the clinic there. She addressed the issue but that complaint is for her.
