Dr. Mehrdad Razavi, MD

I haven't been to the sleep center for quite a while now but I use a BiPap machine so I see these bills from him being paid by my health care provider but I have no idea what it is for. Frustrating!

I've never met the doctor even though I pay him.

Can’t remember what year my study was done. Went I when to the office it was called “Advanced Sleep Center” 2750 Eureka Way, Redding CA. Now under the name “Innovative Sleep Center” 1505 Victor Ave. Redding CA. #530-242-9273 I Called the office who said their records go back 10 years but they couldn’t find my records. I have only lived in the area 8 years, so they should have had them. Dr. Razavi was very Dismissive, didn’t want to hear from me while he was asking introductory questions durning first appointment. His demeanor made me not want to go to the second appointment for the sleep study. However his wife (if I remember correctly was his wife) Wife did the sleep study appointment and she seemed very kind during test. I was very glad it wasn’t him. I even told her how uncomfortable and insignificant he had made me feel during our first appointment.

Dr. Razavi seemed nice at first, but ultimately scammed me into unnecessarily getting an MLST sleep study in order to be prescribed I medication (Xyrem) I desperately needed. He promised me he "wasn't against Xyrem" and told me I only needed the study as a formality, but then withdrew his promise, refused me the medicine, wasting lots of my time and money. I don't recommend if you have a persistent sleep disorder.

Do not go here. They don't even understand how medical insurance works and totally screwed me. They are so incompetent that they don't understand what they are doing wrong. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The centers first impressions that they CARE....... Beware, this place is a scam the staff and the physician can careless about the patients once you have taken multiple sleep studies. The MD is present 2-3 days out of the week the MD also have multiple centers which only raises the question of how ethical a MD can be with putting profit before the care of his patients. The MD conduct multiple sleep studies but he also sales the PAP equipment to the patients which only raises more concern.

Excellent experience with Dr Razavi- he is very focused on the condition and has a very calming bedside manner. I have seen many physicians over the years but from a humanitarian stand point Dr Razavi is very much one of the best. The office was well decorated and the staff were pleasant.

The staff is great. They really care about the patients.
