Generous and Lovely
Dr. Austin has to be one of the most generous and congenial doctor I have met. A lot of doctors out there will put themselves on a pedestal and view themselves as more important than her patients, but based on how approachable she was on the first visit, she's practically like any other regular citizen. She does her job as a doctor proficiently, while also balancing a demanding and stressful home life. Without a doubt would recommend her as your kids Doctor.

Good Dr but terrible bedside manner
Dr. Austin was unapproachable at the very beginning of our visit. My child is energetic and chatty but she was quite irritated and frustrated with that. She at one point even said “he’s a lot.” This all culminated in my child feeling upset about themself and made the rest of their appt obligations tremendously harder. For someone with years in the pediatric field, it’s disappointing to not find any empathy for the smallest of the population. We will not be receiving care by her again.
