A good problem solver
Dr Stevens listened to my concerns and took actions to correct the problems that I’ve been dealing with. She was very easy to talk to and took her time during the visit, I never once felt rushed and felt very comfortable during my appointment.

Outstanding doctor
Melanie took the time to really listen and sincerely cared about my conditions. She throughly approach the issue and was clear and concise about our next steps. She is definitely a doctor that genuinely cares for her patients, and does not follow a one size fits all approach.

Believe your patients
I wanted to like her. She seemed nice. But nope, same drama filled office so I should have known better. She needs to believe her patients, especially when they are in chronic pain. Your NP and the call center aren't the ones to be automatically believed. I went to the ACC. It can be verified. Have a lovely day.
