Dr. Meleta Francis, MD

I have seen her a couple of times, and she was attentive and willing to talk with me. She is somewhat reserved in her manner, but she was clearly interested in me & my case each time I saw her. I would gladly see her again, & I would recommend her to other people I know.

I’m surprised by the other reviews. She may not the warmest person but she’s a good doctor. She listened to me and my concerns. She addressed them and I am feeling great. I definitely recommend her.

Poor experience. She is very condescending, doesn’t listen and rushes the experience. I didn’t feel comfortable disclosing much because she gives a blank stare as if you’re being over dramatic. Terrible doctor I hope she finds a profession better suited for her

Dr Francis took over for my PCP who I was with for 20-ish years. I went to her for my yearly check-up and the flags went up almost immediately when she failed to ask me essential questions about my health. She would not give me an EKG because I was a week shy of my last yearly check-up and she was concerned about my insurance. She also said my ears were clogged but declined to remove the build-up. I am looking for a new PCP.

Terrible front line service. Especially Linda. Rude unprofessional. Dr. Francis give marginal quality care. Take you business and money somewhere else!!

Condescending and Doesn't listen to patients concerns. I should of Did my research on this RUDE !!! Doctor

I saw her twice and will not be back. She's friendly, but seems to not listen to concerns. Regardless of age, doctors should take in consideration someone's concerns. Offer no recommendations. Answer always is "I don't know".

Unprofessional employees. Tries to get you to keep returning so they can get the copay money. Horrible experience.

I will say it will be my last time going to see this doctor. She is not very kind also vey rude with her patients and staff. I went there and had a problem with the insurance and she was behaving very rude with me because of the information the insurance provide which was also incorrect. The first time I went last year her behavior was very similar as to one of the reviews. She didn't want to do any additional exams. No work ethics. Don't think she lives by her oath. No wonder she has no good review.

When one has had excellent care, its easy to spot substandard care. Impersonal. Didn't offer any counseling or education about my general health or medical conditions. Didn't review lab results until I asked. Was with prior doctor (who relocated) at least 15 years. Won't be back.

I practically begged Dr. Frances for more specific tests to be done and she flat out refused because there is no concrete medical evidence behind my concerns. Meanwhile I continue to suffer going on months now. I am going to the patient advocate about this cold-hearted excuse for a doctor. I felt like a mere series of lab numbers with her, not an actual human patient.

Very impersonal service. I feel like i have to advocate on my own behalf everytime i meet with Dr. Francis and get substandard care. I know that this is a medical facility but I have excellent doctors within this clinic and within the military but Dr. Francis is has earned my #1 spot for worst doctor EVER
