No functional MDs in this integrative practice
I called the office thinking that because it is an “integrative” practice that there would be functional MDs who have additional training in medicine and who can handle a large scope of complex diseases. Surprised to hear that while they have a vibrant supplement program there is no functional MD on the staff. Disappointed that this group, a part of Northwestern, doesn’t have the most modern medical professionals on staff.

The absolute best. I love her. She makes me smile when I enter her office. I know that she's going to explain everything to me (in a very soothing tone) so that I understand and offer some other options without making me feel bad about my bad habits. I highly recommend her.

I am very impressed by Dr. Rings knowledge of autoimmune diseases involving the thyroid and women's hormones. It is incredibly challenging to find a practitioner that understands these challenges and can blend western and eastern medicine to yield the best result for her patients. For the first time in years Im hopeful that she will balance out all my hormones and look at the entire self to ease my symptoms and get me back on the right track towards wellness.

Dr. Ring is an excellent physician. She is extraordinarily thorough and compassionate at the same time. She spends more time and asks more questions than any doctor I have ever met with. She helped me navigate life post-breast cancer treatment and tackled issues such as nutrition, exercise, supplements, and early menopause. Her schedule is quite full, but since my needs were not urgent, I just booked a few weeks out.

Dr. Ring is an excellent provider. She has helped me in multi-faceted ways-- everything from balancing my hormones due to early menopause, to helping me get migraines under control by facilitating an elimination diet which helped me determine allergies/triggers. She listens, she cares, she is compassionate (I never feel judged), and she is truly skilled. She's the real deal! One suggestion for the waiting room needing some vibrance (get fountain working and ensure TV on with OCIM happenings!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ring's for over five years. I'm truly amazed at how she approaches medicine and how she interacts with patients. My initial appointment was at least an hour and a half and it was the most comprehensive medical appointment I have every experienced. I've learned a great deal about my mind and body and how to navigate the aging process successfully. I have referred dozens, possibly hundreds of people to her as well as to many of the Osher Center practitioners.

I have seen Dr Ring for years and she's wonderful. Scheduling is the only difficulty but that's because she is so great. She always listens, asks a ton of questions, spends a lot of time with me addressing my concerns and answering my questions. She has helped me resolve ongoing chronic issues that were really affecting my life and health. I have recommended several friends and family to her and gotten terrific feedback from them as well.
