After three office visits to her office for a rash which had not improved I called to discuss my options. Her staff informed me she wouldn't talk on the phone and I had to come into her office for yet another "consultation". I felt she had already been adequately paid for no results and plan to use another dermatologist.

Dr. Babcock is very knowledgeable, and such excellence is easy to see as she prescribes clear and detailed instructions on my issues. She is a good listener and takes in everything I say. She does not rush me. Another doctor highly recommended her to me for which I am grateful.

Poor Communication
Prior to and after removing a mole during a routine skin exam, Dr. Babcock did not give me any information about the procedure. I was not told I would be receiving a separate invoice from a lab she sent the mole tissue sample to or about any cost expectations. She and her staff were and still are almost totally unresponsive - no return phone calls- to my inquiries about the high $1010 cost which included a $526 lab invoice that the lab said they would reduce to $421 which is still much more than I would expect for a simple mole removal

My last dermatologist wasn’t a fraction as thorough as Dr. Babcock. She went over my body with a fine tooth comb. So impressive. And fast and efficient. A+

I was referred to Dr. Babcock by my PCP over 6 years ago and love having an excuse to visit their office. From cosmetic procedures like Botox to skin checks and spot removals, Dr. Babcock and team have always been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Dr. Babcock gives great medical advice but also listens to concerns and works through a treatment plan that makes you feel the most comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Babcock’s practice.

Dr Babcock is amazing. My whole family goes to her for different procedures; from my daughters acne, to my skin issues, to my wife's cosmetic treatments, we could not be more happy.

My PCP told me to come here initially and I usually trust his recommendations. He was right about Dr. Babcock! She is very caring and concerned about my skin. I have been going here for years and she provides excellent service. She also has some PAs that I have seen when she is not available. I have found them to be very knowledgeable as well. Amazing, friendly staff! Best I have seen in a doctor's office. Wait times can be a little long sometimes but it's worth it. 5 stars!!
