My original experience with Dr. Bishop was positive. I sought care from her again in June of 2020 for a surgical procedure which went ok however I had several subsequent infections. I saw her multiple times in the office and was under care for UTI infection. On a follow-up visit her team forgot to send my sample for culture. I called a few times for results and was told they were not yet in. It wasn't until the fourth day that I was finally informed the culture was not sent and by this time I was in full blown kidney infection in need of urgent care. I understand mistakes happen but I could have been informed much earlier that my sample wasn't in process. For the cost of care in the USA, my expectations exceed the level of care I received and therefore I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
