Dr. Melissa Bush, MD

I NEVER write reviews. However, the experience regarding my wife's visit with "Dr." Bush left me no choice. I read some of the previous reviews. Wish I did so first. They say it all. During this pandemic, my wife had to visit her alone. Long story short, it took everything my wife had not to start crying in the office when being treated by her, then bawled when she left. Most uncompassionate, insensitive, and not to mention WRONG doctor she'd ever seen. After the visit, our personal physician couldn't believe how out if line and WRONG she was about her diagnoses. She shouldn't be allowed to practice and I am currently seeing that she wont anymore.

I’m still very upset and disappointed in how Dr. Busch handled my appointment. It’s hard enough being pregnant during a pandemic. To address the situation how she did , not even knowing me, not coming from my Dr. and not having any support person with me is truly heartless. Again handling this pregnancy has been trying enough during this pandemic and now with this it’s beyond any words. Telling me repeatedly to just schedule an Amniocentesis ASAP this week like it’s not big deal is negligent. She is now causing me to loose sleep and stress every minute of the day which is completely not healthy at all during pregnancy. She was very negative and insensitive throughout the entire appointment and asking me so many irrelevant personal questions. I felt and do feel very attacked and I have no idea why.

this woman attended to my wife in her pregnancy and I can say that my wife was always crying every visit to the doctor with Dra Bush was a drama she is cruel and I do not understand how she is working with pregnant women I do not recommend visiting this doctor

Dr. Bush is the best. She made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands during a very difficult time. I am very grateful.

Absolutely no bed side manners at all.

Not sure the most uncompassionate doctor I've met, but the most uncompassionate woman I've met.

I'm still in shock from my first (and will be my only visit) to Dr Bush. Absolutely no compassion by any means. There's gotta be another way to tell one that your first pregnancy is a miscarriage... After being rough with the ultrasound, procedures to tell us "ya there was a heart beat at one point, but nothing now" (please note, was said with a smile from the doc, made us feel so uncomfortable and sad).

Not only does this horrendous woman have horrible bedside manner, she was ready to perform a risky procedure when I lost a twin without fully explaining to me the potential complications to the healthy baby. Then she ended up being the doc on call when I delivered my (healthy) baby and when I desperately asked for my OB to be called in for the delivery she flipped out on ME, while I was in active natural (no meds) labor. She's a horrible human being.

Dr. Bush is one of the most professional and skilled physicians I have ever been a patient of. She never rushed me through any of my procedures, answered all of my questions, even joked a bit to lighten the dour mood of the occasion. I highly recommend her. I drive almost 40 miles each way to see her because she is that good.

Dr. Bush was insensitive to our challenging situation and did not have good bedside manner. She lacks empathy and patience and tried to insert humor when she felt insecure about our conversation. She took more than two hours to get to the hospital after my water broke prematurely. She was also the doctor on call and lives close to the hospital so I did not feel this was good response time. I would recommend any other doctor at this practice who are all excellent.
