This is the second time we are in emergency room and still cannot reach you doctor . Last week the doctors at Methodist nasa specifically said it was necessary to remove cancer patient and my daughter’s implants because her body is rejecting them . After they called you numerous times you finally responded with a consultation visit ?!! They specified it was best for you to be the one to remove them since you were the one put them in . So now you expect for my daughter to wait for your availability date almost a month from now in pain and risking her life more through this … so if cancer didn’t take her down … you will put her life at risk ?!! Why ?!!! You wouldn’t schedule at first because she couldn’t provide proof of insurance… and now she provided it and she has to wait ?!!!Is this what you call being a caring doctor ?!!!I get it !!! You need to get paid and you don’t work for free ?!! Isn’t it logical for you to remove what you put in that her body is rejecting ??!! Do the human act ?!!!well at this point we are reaching out to our attorney because you have left us no choice and If anything happens to my daughter because of all this just know that I will not rest to see justice in this with you .

Dr. Crosby is a great surgeon with both technical skills and an artistic eye - she is the Energizer Bunny as she is so full of energy and her confidence and bright happy attitude are contagious. Her staff is mini duplicates of her - friendly, helpful, and encouraging ! Definitely who you want to use for your reconstructive and cosmetic surgery needs.

My Girlfriend had breast and arm plasticsurgery and all went well. But after 30 days of healing. She saw one of her nipples that was to high. So she called the doctor office and the set her a appointment and then called back 15 days later and reset for addition 30 days. That not that bad part. The bad part is after 20,000 dollar paid on both surgery the front office had the nerve to charge her 200.00 for fixing the doctor mistake. Also her arms scars dis not come out well and we will have to pay for that to be fixed. The doctor has forgotten one important rule. Carry for your patience. You would think that the 200 cost after paying them 20,000 plus dollar of hard earned money, they would take that in Account. Not surprised at all by this and people lack of just not looking or the staff or manager carrying about their clients. Be careful when dealing with this Doctor.

My wife could not have receive better care than from Dr. Crosby, Angie, and Lori. They are caring people who treat you as you would treat a friend. God bless y'all!

Dr Crosby has no equal. As someone who has had too many surgeries to count, for a variety of reasons, I have lots to compare to. Dr Crosby is the perfect intersection of art, science, and compassion. She takes time with you and is sincere in her desire to give you the best care possible. I start each day in gratitude looking in the mirror at the beautiful reconstructive surgery she did on my breasts. Her team is second to none. You can trust that you will be well cared for.

I went to see Dr. Crosby in August 2017. Since 2015, I have struggled with diastatis recti (a separation of the abdominal muscles) along with a massive hernia. In my initial consult, Dr. Crosby immediately calmed my nerves and fears with her professional and friendly demeanor. She was able to answer all of my questions and I did not feel rushed while speaking with her. She is courteous and kindhearted and she will put you at ease, no matter the problem. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Crosby is amazing! I am so glad I found her. Her interest and compassion for my health is genuine. It has been very easy to schedule appointments to see her in the office and I've never felt rushed. My family and I have been involved with all types of doctors & Dr. Crosby is by far the most compassionate that I've encountered. Her training at MD Anderson and her own personal passion has set her apart from other reconstructive surgeons. I couldn't be happier with my choice in surgeons

I went for a consultation for a breast reduction. I paid a copay, went for the appt...waited about an hr extra in the waiting area. They finally brought me in, dr Crosby seemed like a nice person...had pics taken and submitted them to insurance. I was told to wait 2 months for an update. I called them 7 times within 3 months and got an update that it was denied. They never tried to help or appeal and I have to pay 600$+ out of pocket. Definitely would not recommend at all. Seeing another dr now.

Dr. Crosby is phenomenal!!! She is wickedly smart, yet kind, considerate and compassionate! She speaks to you like you're her best friend and does not make you feel dumb if you do not understand how something works. Aside from her professional accomplishments, her work is outstanding! I travel from Virginia to Texas just to see her and have her do all of my reconstructive and nip/tuck work! I can not praise her enough! If you are considering plastic surgery, you must see her! Wow!!!

Dr. Crosby hits the perfect balance between professionalism, knowledge, competence, and "Hi, there, I'm your new best friend." Couldn't be happier with my results.

Dr. Crosby is, in a word, AMAZING! When my family and I met Dr. Crosby for the first time it was at the beginning of the journey of round two with breast cancer that meant mastectomy and either reconstruction or not. In addition to being a brilliant and gifted surgeon, Dr. Crosby is a warm and caring person. I have had much interaction with surgeons in both my personal and professional life, and she is exceptional in this. I am grateful to Dr. Crosby for her incredible care and beautiful work!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! After many consultations, Dr. Crosby and Dr. Hsu exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Crosby did an OUTSTANDING job on my breast augmentation. The process went smoothly from beginning to the end. My Girls look absolutely fabulous. i LOVE MY BAMS.
