This office withholds test results, prioritizes money over patient care, and mismanages paperwork. My child had testing done for school anxiety and learning issues TWO MONTHS AGO, and this office still has not released the results. Apparently their policy is to WITHHOLD results until all insurance claims are processed. They say our insurance is to blame for the delay, while our insurance can show and prove the doctor’s office improperly submitted duplicate claims. Their office incorrectly submitted as out of network, and then had to resubmit a corrected claim but did so without an address on the paperwork. The office made multiple more MISTAKES, and instead of taking responsibility CHOOSES to WITHHOLD my child’s test results while my child STRUGGLES. Meanwhile, I was charged $150 at the appointment and PREPAID before testing. My part of the bill was covered IN ADVANCE. Do not go here for active help or a time sensitive matter like school help.
