Melissa Hemphill is a fabulous doctor!!

I love how Melissa really takes time during the visit to check in and listen to all and any concerns.

I appreciate the care and time that Melissa takes with me. The front desk folks are helpful and respectful. There is a nurse who checks vitals that talks a lot without really thinking about what she's saying. It's a little irritating. But her work and skill is fine.

Dr Hemphill is a smart and compassionate provider.

Dr. Hemphill had scheduled me for an extended visit. Even so, I know my health issues took longer to go over than normal, and despite that, Dr Hemphill gave me the extra time I needed. I know her schedule is very tight, and she often schedules me for an evening visit to allow for any extra time without impacting the next patient. This patience and allowing extra time when needed is something my previous PCP often did, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Hemphill had interned with him for a while, which perhaps influenced her patience and diligent focus on my health concerns. She is knowledgeable and candid about the pros and cons of specific therapies for treatment.

Melissa hemphill goes above and beyond even when I am not my best self

Dr. Hemphill is a very compassionate physician who is a good listener. I have always felt that she cares about me and my husband. We wish her schedule was less restrictive so that we could see her personally each time we came to the clinic. The other physicians and physician assistants we see are all wonderful and helpful so we feel we still get good care . It's just nice to see Dr. Hemphill. Everyone seems to work well together.

Dr Hemphill is the best PCP I have had. She is smart, kind, compassionate, and a good listener, essentially everything that you want in a PCP. My only constructive feedback would be that the clinic sometimes feels understaffed and the physicians seem to be spread thin. We've seen several doctors and I have had questions and needed to follow up with non-urgent emails. On a few occasions , it has taken several days to get a response back.
