Dr. Hicks does not live up to the reviews on this site. I'm 65 and have had her as my primary physician for 6 years. She makes me wait for an hour or more in the waiting room, then another 30 to 40 minutes in the exam room before she graces me with her presence. She is not thorough, does not ask questions about how you are doing, knows next to nothing about compassion and attention to the patients mental health. I have never been treated so poorly as a patient in my whole life. As a medicare patient I have been unable to find another doctor that accepts new medicare patients so I have been stuck with her or a resident. The residents are not impressive at all. I've walked out of her exam room crying, anxious, feeling neglected every time I have to see her. My last visit was last week, in the middle of the pandemic, I was in the waiting room for an hour with sick people all around me. I left since my issue was a test, they could have given me without waiting.

Dr. Hicks is amazing doctor. She has been my doc for many years and she delivered both my daughter's and has been their doc since then. I would recommend her to anyone.
