Dr. Melissa Mueller, MD

My Very first yearly exam and visit with this doctor, and I waited 45 minutes in a room in my gown. I Smelled food, so left to go into the office to find NO ONE in any of the rooms or at any desk. Knocked on employee door, where they were eating. Employee told me the doctor was running late. I said I had to use the restroom and didn't know if she needed a sample , so she showed me the Bathroom. When the doctor finally got there, no apology for being late and only sat taking notes the entire time. I may as well have been at some therapy appointment. she didn't ask anything. I felt like I was diagnosing myself. Very poor Dr skills and did not feel she was knowledgeable or interested in the least in her job or me.

I'm very happy with my experience with Dr. Mueller. I really appreciate that she takes time to explain things in detail.

Great doctor. Thorough.

Besides being forced to see her just to get a refill for a medicine I was on for months, and working with a specialist for, I was sick. When the tests she administered during the visit came back the next day positive I followed up via portal to get medicine I needed and was told only if I make a telemedicine appt and paid another co-pay. She refused to call me or to just prescribe me the medicine. Later found out from my new PCP (yes I switched) this is not allowed. If you need to talk to or see a doctor within 7 days for same issue they can’t bill you again. I wouldn’t have know this and been billed if I took the follow-up. She is rude, dismissive and I feel trying to get more copay when visits aren’t necessary. Please find a new PCP like I did.

super rude. treats you like you’re unintelligent. wouldn’t write me a prescription that i’ve been getting for 2 years. didn’t even examine me during my physical. avoid

She always acts Bored and Rude! She doesn't check you out like a doctor! She just sits at her computer typing and making immature faces as she receives answers from the patient and the patient’s adult daughter to her (the doctor’s) questions. She doesn't allow the patient to explain what's wrong or where they hurt. She interrupts her patient to ask another question when she hadn't even heard the last answer. It became very obvious to the patient and the patient’s daughter that the doctor just didn't care about the pains of the patient! The doctor has NO bedside manner!!!

Really seems to not care at all and zero empathy. Not sure how she became PCP but she really should make a change.

Dr. Mueller refused to see me when I was sick despite testing negative for covid 19. She spent 2 minutes with me on the phone and recommended an equivalent to advil which is common knowledge and I didn't need a doctor for. She proceeded to charge insurance $500 for the visit. The people who work in this office are not helpful either. I do would not recommend this doctor or this office to anyone.

Melissa was super impatient and dismissive when I went to go see her. When I shared family history of fatal cancer cases, she became annoyed when I couldn't recall certain specifics of the various cases even though this was obviously an emotional topic for me. She made me feel dumb for asking questions about my health even though that's what I scheduled the appointment for. It was a total waste of time and I almost left in tears because of how small she made me feel.

This doctor spends a lot of time taking notes during the visit, then makes health assessments based on no data , only assumption based on the information you provide. Then she bills insurance a billing code that states the visit lasted a long time. We spent 2 min on examination, the code she billed was for a 40 min session,. In conclusion , my visit was for a yearly physical, and fell short from the very basic checkpoints.

doctor spent all the time in the appointment to input my info that i told her in the computer and didn't check anything on my body. gave me false diagnostics of hypertension. also told me had excessive wax in ears that i know about for last 40years and go to ENT for it. don't trust diagnostics from this doctor and should have more knowledge since she has 14years of experience. don't go to this doctors for treatment . incompetent doctor.
