I just wanted to say that the staff at MD SkinCenter is phenomenal, very courteous, helpful and makes every patient feel important. Dr. Stenstrom is the greatest doctor I have encountered. I always tell her she is my hero. The medical field needs to be told how great they are because lord knows they put up with a lot of things in a day. I would highly recommend anyone to her. Dr. Stenstrom “Your commitment to your patients is nothing short of inspiring. My best compliments for your exceptional care and for making a difference in the lives of others.”

She's an excellent Dermatologist!!! I highly recommend her for any cysts or skin issues.

I saw Dr. Stenstrom today for some questionable spots on my back. She listened to my concerns. addressing each area and explaining her findings along the way. After looking the rest of my skin over she found other issues that needed attention. She is easy to talk to and explains things in an easy to understand manner.

Thanks to Dr. Stenstrom and her incredible staff, my Melanoma was found early. I have been having skin checks done here for the last few years and they have always treated me like family. I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Stenstrom's knowledge, skill & compassion.

I’ve liked Dr Stenstrom when I see her; however, this rating has to do with an appointment that I just tried to get with their facility. I have a rash on my legs hat my doctor is unsure about so I was told to go to a dermatologist instead. No problem, I have one…or I did until today. When I called I was told that the last time I’d been at their office was in 2018 (August) and because it had been 3 years since my last appointment, I would be considered a new patient and new patients were booked out until April 2022. It apparently didn’t matter that I had just missed it by a few months because that was “their policy”. It apparently also didn’t matter that I had just brought my son to their office for an appointment a little over 1 month ago and that their facility billed MY insurance for the visit but that doesn’t matter because it’s “on a person by person basis.” Apparently who’s responsible for paying the bill doesn’t matter. Thanks for your compassion for your patients.

Dr. Stenstrom and her staff are very good at what they do. The office is very comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and efficient. If you're looking for a good dermatologist, she is the one to see in this area.

I am very grateful to this doctor for finding my dad's melanomas before they spread. He thinks sh is fantastic.

The website says accepting new patients, but when you call you can't get an appointment for 3 months....Guessing people that would like to become new patients may need to be seen earlier than 3 months. Very frustrating.

Dr Stenstrom has the complete package. The office staff when you check-in are top notch, making you feel comfortable and are enthusiastic and generally happy to be working there. Dr Stenstrom herself has such a great personality and makes you feel at ease. She explains things as she's going and is very thorough. My son came with and she made him feel comfortable as well! She is one of a kind!

Dr. Stenstrom is the absolute best Dermatologist in the Rockford area! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very patient oriented. I feel extremely comfortable with her professional opinion and with her wonderful bedside manner. I have been to 3 other Dermatologists in the Rockford area, and I would only refer my friends and family to Dr. Stenstrom.
