Dr. Melissa Watters, MD

The office staff and her assistant were all super kind and welcoming. I wish I could say the same for Dr. Watters. I had been waiting over a month to get an appointment with her and was super excited to meet her. She walked in without a smile and was very short and cold in demeanor. She immediately states she won’t be of much help, after reading my file. Which is fine but did not offer to help look for/ask around for doctors that were available to help me, she told me I’d have to research it myself. I stated my problems and concerns about medications and she seemed to brush that off as well. As the visit continued, she kept throwing information at me. I expressed that I was overwhelmed and it was only when I began to become emotional that she gave me some sort of comfort and acknowledgment for the situation I was in. She directed me to the exit with no mention of seeing me again. If you have any sort of pre existing condition, I would find someone with better patient care skills.
