I had the displeasure of being her patient. I had UTI symptoms that were severe, but unfortunately, didn't arise until after office hours. I called the after hours medical hotline, requesting a call back. She did call back that night, but she was hostile from the onset of the phone call. She berated and tried to humiliate me for not using over the counter medications (which she had NEVER advised in past visits as a helpful alternative to antibiotics). My entire family was in the same room while I had the phone conversation. They could hear her scolding and belittling me on the phone and saw how upset I became. After hanging up, my brother-in-law (an out-of-state doctor), told me that she was completely unprofessional. He said that if she was in such a bad mood and didn't want to return the phone call, she had the choice to not follow up with me. However, in choosing to follow up with me and treating me with contempt rather than offering medical help, she violated her Hippocratic Oath.

Dr Phillips is available 24/7 via her personal patient cell phone. She takes the time to work with you. I never feel rushed. An appointment is atleast 20-30 minutes and longer when we go over my physical results. She takes the time to explain the how and why which I want in a doctor. She is very smart and cares and works with my NaturalPath. Her staff is always very helpful and friendly and keeps me informed in a very timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Best physician in NE Ohio. Is the exception to all medical providers, and takes trust and compassion to a whole new level. Listens to patients, treats everyone with utmost respect and grace, and makes your needs a priority. My only regret is that I wished I found Dr. Phillips sooner. Would recommend to everyone, of all ages and demographics. THANKS DR. PHILLIPS!
