No stars. None. This is the single most dysfunctional business of any type that I have ever encountered in this life, and I'm 57 years old. Avoid these people at all costs. I would sooner die in their parking lot than knock on their (often locked) door. It's not just me - read the other reviews. It is my own very personal but well-educated opinion that these people need to be shut down.

I have been to Glen Arden & Varnum St. HATED both. The nurse practitioner in Glen Arden thought it 'funny' I tumbled down the stairs on my butt & refused me any pain meds even though I was in. extreme misery.Visit 2 DC office Dr. Marshall barely looked me, eye to eye, never removed stethoscope but prescribed meds for a respiratory problem I had for months. Most recent visit 'mandatory' so I could get a referral to a podiatrist for a bone fracture. Advised 2 schedule appt in 3 mth 4 my concerns

I would tell everyone to check with their insurance company pertaining to office visits, co-payments, etc. I paid them $25.00 (co-payments)for annual visits in 2012, 2013, and 2014. In 2015, I found out I was not suppose to pay co-payments for annual visits. I have been trying since November 2015 to get a refund of $75.00. In November, they still wanted a co-payment, I let them know that I was not suppose to pay a co-payment. They verified with my insurance company that I was not suppose to pay.
