Telehealth visit for my mom
Telehealth
Today I was supposed to have a telehealth visit for my 95 year old mom with Dr Melvin Hector. The video would not work after trying a few times. The doctor was kind enough to stay on the phone with me for at least 15 minutes and discuss my mom's health and make suggestions and was very caring and helpful. He knew he would not get paid for the visit by the insurance company because of lack of video. He is a true professional and caring Doctor. I would like to thank him for his time and advise.

Dr Hector was very attentive m. He ask a lot of questions about my health and history. Seeking not just the obvious answer but delved into the nuances behind my conditions, what led up to my problems, and what has occurred after they developed.
