The entire staff is so friendly and never make me feel ashamed for the condition of my teeth. They are dedicated to helping you have healthy teeth. I recommend them to everyone.

I have been frightened of dental procedures since the age of 11. Dr. DelValle has a relaxed office that feels comfortable. My hygienist (Becky) is super nice, kind, and competent. The first appointment I had was for a chipped tooth that Dr. DelValle fixed during that visit, it's still fixed. Her assessment are spot on and the repairs top quality. I still get anxious when I have an appointment, but, I know I am in good hands.

Getting in was a effortless experience. Was able to get my tooth taken care of same day so I didn't have to worry about missing more work. Very positive and fun environment, makes it easy to relax about being at the dentist.

Dr. Mercedes and her staff have cared for me through periodontal treatment and regular cleanings. Very professional and comfortable environment. I highly recommend.

She explains what she is going to do ahead time. She checks too make sure I am handling the procedure while she is working on me. She is kind and funny and cares about her patients. I have been going to Dr. Del Valle for 7 years. I trust her to do a great job.

Dr. Del Valle is a great dentist. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious when performing dental procedures. Her staff is also very nice. Procedures are a little expensive but our teeth are an investment and I feel like mine are in good hands.

She has been y dentist since 1996. Over the year, I have seen how good her work is during countless appointments. She is friendly, professional and work hard to take care of her patients. She is the only dentist, I have been able to call for help during long weekends, holidays and at nights. She is truly a life saver when you really need it. Her staff are also friendly and efficient. Of course, life is not perfect. I have seen people losing their patience over Stuff that is not under their control, like insurance issues. Then they post nastier reviews and unfairly blame the office because their insurance company doesn’t want to pay. How is that the dentist fault? I just think it is unfair how people post bad reviews unfairly on such great doctor. Do yourself a favor, see the pattern of good reviews, the bad review is the bad patience projecting upon other people.

Dr. del Valle has been my dentist for approximately 5 yrs and I am not going anywhere! Gentle, communicative and thorough are my first thoughts on her care over that time. As others have said, her presence is calming. visits are low stress. Regular visits and long-term care, I've always felt like they (Dr/staff) are "actively" looking out for me.

I have always been scared to see the dentist. She found that out and looked me in the eye and told me that it was okay that I was scared and that they were going to do their best to help me and have it be a good experience.
