I find Dr. Stempel to be patient, knowledgeable, and without the ego many doctors have. She listens, is thorough, and spends time with patients, which not all doctors do. I have left every visit with her feeling as though l have a resolution to my medical issues, and at the end of the day, that's so important to have in a medical provider.

She never answers her phone!! Its impossible to get an appointment and she refuses to see you if you walk in without an appointment. When i finally did get to see her she discontinued a treatment that was actually helping. I would NOT recommend her as your PCP.

She has been my primary care physicians for many years and has always been a caring and concerned physician with whom I can talk about anything. She always takes the time to listen and is cooperative without a lot of ego, which is hard to find in most doctors who don't like to be questioned. She follows me closely, orders blood tests regularly, and refers me to specialists when needed.

As Civil Surgeon appointed by the US Government, Dr. Stempel should have known which forms to fill out, and with what color of ink to sign them! Upon our interview at USCIS in PHL, her forms were rejected because they were outdated, setting us back significantly. She then charged us $25 pp for filling out new forms! Very unprofessional and rude towards clients who are obviously on the loosing end of the deal. The office is dirty and extremely messy. Not a place to go to if you can help it.
