I already recommended her to a relative of mine. I do not understand the poor ratings that she received from other patients. I’ve seen her several times during the past year. I was impressed by her patience listening to my issues. We discussed potential solutions to my diabetes related problems. I liked what she said. She put me on one drug that improved my kidney functions. I find her empathetic and willing to take extra time. I felt no pressure to hurry.

Poor Communication
Rude with pathetic communication. She has no empathy for her patients. Had a simple question about Metformin because there was a clear warning on the NIH website. I even provided the link to the NIH site so that she can see that warning without any effort. She didn’t even bother to simply click and read the warning for a concerned patient. How irresponsible somebody especially in medicine could be.But she had the time to write a long rude note to the patient. She ignored the question I had. If you love your health don’t walk away from her but run to the mountains.INOVA must be having a hard time getting better candidates for this position in my opinion.I felt sicker than being well. She has horrible communication.

Very patronizing, dismissive and I don't trust her as a physician. And dont get me started on the office environment. It's always enjoyable to be billed for procedures that never happened. This practice is very disorganized, and unclean. Only makes sense that they would also have incompetent providers.
