Dismissive Health Care Professional
After waiting more than an hour for this provider, she waltzes in the room with no acknowledgement of the extending wait time. I get long wait times, high demands & lack of staff as I am a healthcare professional myself BUT I also know patient satisfactions, quality patient care, bedside mannerism & emotional support. Dr. Rzonca is very condescending. Presents very dismissive of your concerns with your child & just delivers her personal opinion instead of utilizing her professional knowledge that is of the utmost importance. You have to be firm & a true advocate for your sick child as she will waltz in the room, dance around your concerns & attempt to just waltz out. Please parents, if you have a choice, please choose another Pediatrician for your child or just beware & be prepared!
